HOW SHOULD I REMOVE A BASKETBALL HOOP FROM MY DRIVEWAY WITHOUT DIGGING THE ENTIRE BASE UP?

This basketball hoop has been at my house for 20 years. It is all rusty and an eyesore. Time to take it down. Not putting a new one up so looking for the easiest way to remove it.
